This scenic property contains significant natural, aesthetic and wildlife habitat values. It is located adjacent to Loantaka Brook Reservation. The property is characterized by the beautiful wet meadow that contains a wonderful variety of native plants. There is a small pond and vernal pool which provides habitat for an amazing variety of wildlife. The property was once part of the Marcellus Hartley Dodge estate, and contained a community spring-fed swimming pool. The original pumphouse for the pool has been restored and remains on the property.
