This 30 acre property was donated by Jane Koven to Harding Land Trust in 1992. Pine Brook flows through the property, providing a scenic view from adjacent Dickson's Mill Road. Continued protection water quality in Pine Brook is a management priority. In addition to the stream corridor, the property also includes forested uplands and wet meadow habitats. The property once contained the Dickson's Mill and is a contributing parcel to the Silver Lake Historic District which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.
